Help send Irene to the DNC 2024 in Chicago

Hi, I'm Irene. I live in Parker, Colorado, and on April 11, I was thrilled to be elected as a delegate representing Colorado's Congressional District 4 to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago in August, 2024.

I’m a lifelong Democrat and grew up watching the convention with my parents – my mom a special ed teacher and president of the teacher’s union, and my dad an archeologist and college professor. Now that I’m a mom to two young girls, one identifying on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, I hope to show them what democracy looks like. And I want to model for them that it is not a spectator sport. I’m worried about our democracy. I’m worried about the state of civil discourse. I’ve dedicated my career to the nonprofit sector and helping advance the causes of progressive, mission-driven organizations and amplifying under-represented voices. I hope I can continue that work at the DNC and would appreciate support.

The cost of traveling and attending the DNC is not free for delegates. I am seeking to raise the necessary funds to join the Colorado delegation. These funds will go directly toward my participation at the DNC including registration, travel, and lodging.
