Help send Larkin Gross to the PGA Championship
Family and friends,
In case you didn’t know, Larkin Gross of Essex county has qualified to play in the PGA Championship in Kiawah Island, South Carolina on May 20-23. I was fortunate to have Larkin as a junior golfer and employee at Hobbs Hole and we all watched him develop into a fine young man. He earned his PGA certification in January of 2020 and qualified through the PGA Professional National Championship last week in Port St. Luce, Florida.
I know how expensive travel can be and I’m asking you to help this young man in the huge event in his life. His father, Butch, will be caddying for him and the family would greatly appreciate your support. There will be lots of pressure on Larkin and I feel like we can all pitch in to help offset the financial burden so he can focus on golf.
This will be a quick turnaround from qualifying on April 28 to heading to Kiawah for practice rounds within the next two weeks.
Thanks in advance for any donations you can make to Larkin and his family. This is a dream come true for Larkin and he will be very appreciative of any support you can offer.
Sincerely,
Troy Thorne, PGA
