I am excited to share that Megan and I have been accepted into UNO's Innsbruck Study Abroad Program this Summer! We will both be taking classes and exploring Europe from July 2 -August 13, 2021.
Based on Megan's achievements of excellence at Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies, she is the first high school student to be accepted into the program,
She and I are also the first mother/daughter duo to enroll and simultaneously take classes in the program.
I enrolled at UNO in the Fall of 2020 as a first-time, full-time freshman. I never imagined that my decision to further my education in the midst of a global pandemic would create an opportunity to share my collegiate journey with my daughter. I am beyond grateful to share this six-week adventure abroad with Megan. It truly feels better than the best feeling!
