Hi, my name's Phoenix i'm 14 years old and aspire to be a professional football (soccer) player. From a young age, I have dedicated myself to football, in dreams of pursing my goal. Recently I have been given the opportunity to participate in a major tournament in Las Vegas, this tournament will give me the opportunity and chance of being scouted from international clubs making my dream more achievable.

So, my family and I are here today to humbly ask for your support by helping us to raise funds so I can maximise this amazing opportunity.

My journey started when I was 7 years old, I had tried multiple sports but nothing stuck, then I was introduced to football a sport I quickly realised I had a real talent and love for. From there I played and joined my first club, Papatoetoe United.

I played there for 1 season then decided to leave and join an academy called Top Flight which was part of a club called Uni-Mount. The start of Uni-Mount is where I found true, passion, progress and proper training for the sport! This club and great coaches also helped develop me not only as a player but as the person I am today. At the ages of 8 - 10 we would wake up at 5:30am and train from 6:30am to 7:30am, three times a week these training sessions were rigorous and hard, but fun!

It taught me how to play on and off the ball, positioning, keeping the ball, team spirit, skills, strategy, discipline and hard work! However my time and 7 years at Uni-Mount has come to an end this season, but I will continue my new found journey of football and looking forward to the new season in 2025.

I have decided to move clubs and will be travelling to Las Vegas with my new team. Hence, why I would appreciate any support and help to get there!
