Help send PPE to Binh Duong
The COVID19 crisis in Vietnam is rapidly worsening. Despite the ability to contain the virus throughout 2020, the Delta variant has surged through Vietnam, leading to previously unseen infection and deaths in the country.
Binh Duong, a community that has worked extensively with ICF, is located in the southern part of Vietnam, the area of the country that has been hit the hardest by the pandemic. With a fully vaccinated rate under 5%, coupled with 50% of the region's factories closed or heavily limited in operation, there is an urgent need for medical supplies to help combat the spread of the virus.
In an effort to help one of our member communities, ICF is supporting the Eindhoven International Project Office (EIPO) on an effort to send a shipment of 100,000 FFP2 masks and 2,000 test-sets to Bing Duong. We hope to organize help for this effort from our network of communities and organizations, as well as from others around the world who can help this cause. Donations will go towards the approximate cost of US$20,000 to send all of these supplies.
