Brittney and Anthony are two of the kindest and most giving souls I have ever been fortunate enough to know. Their love for others is surmounted only by their love and dedication to each other. Despite countless difficulties and expensive fertility treatments, they refused to give up on their dream of starting a family. Their prayers were answered earlier this year when Brittney became pregnant.
The year was spent making plans and arrangements, decorating a nursery, and planning how their lives would change this month. A few weeks ago, Brittney was put on bed rest because of her blood pressure. Things weren't getting any better, and she was told that after 38 weeks, they were going to have her come in to be induced or have a c section.
Then the unthinkable happened. Little Baby Rowan wasn't moving. A trip to the hospital that should have ended with a new baby going home, became a nightmare. Rowan didn't make it.
Brittney and Tony, as well as their family and friends, are devastated at the loss of this life tragically ended before it had a chance to begin. Rowan never felt his little lungs fill with the fresh Arkansas air. He will never get to chase his kitty siblings. And his parents will never get to watch their miracle baby grow up.
There are obvious costs involved in planning a funeral and burial, as well as the financial need of two people who will need time to grieve and not worry about money. I am hoping to raise as much as possible to help them as much as can be. Please consider donating and sharing this.
