Help Seth Pay for Car Repairs

So! You might remember not to long ago I was in a car crash, and needed a new car, which I successfully purchased with funds you all helped raise. I'm so, so thankful, and also therefore a little sheepish about needing to do this again.

 

Turns out the new car has some problems. We discovered that the air conditioner wasn't properly installed, you see, and repairing that led our mechanic to another problem, and another, and so on, until we'd racked up a terrifyingly large repair bill that's more than we actually paid for the car.

 

Engine oil leaks. Bent wheels. Corroded rotors. Boots that are both worn and torn. Dirty engine air filter. All these phrases and more were bandied about and had frankly terrifying price tags attached to them.

 

My dad's friend sold us the car so naturally my dad's a bit miffed. And my dad's agreed to pay for a frankly huge sum of the repairs, which, y'know. He also helped pay for the new car. And I'm currently unemployed so, y'know. He's paying for a lot of stuff, now.

 

Anyway. Four thousand, three hundred, and sixty dollars. That's the sum total cost of repairs on my four thousand dollar car. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
