Help Seth Recover from Job Loss and Financial Stress

I'd like to tell you a bit about Seth. He's my best friend, roommate, and currently he's struggling to find stable work opportunities while he navigates his journey with mental illness. These invisible disabilities often create hurdles in finding employment willing to offer accommodations that would provide comfort and help him better succeed in his career goals.

Seth's vocation is in custodial and maintenance work. Unfortunately employees in this field are often subject to both physical and psychological abuse, discrimination, and wage theft. Seth has found himself out of work repeatedly this year after being subject to these malfeasances, and has fallen into depression so deep he hasn't been able to climb out.

While attempting navigating recovering his wages, Seth has been unable to build savings during these transitional periods. These problems are being addressed with legal help, but it's going to take time and nothing is guaranteed. Regrettably bills don't wait, and the anxiety is really taking a toll on his mental health.

While he works on his current job search, contributions would go a long way towards alleviating our financial strain, allowing him a better chance to avoid a repeat of his past jobs, and take time finding stable, long term, and safe employment.
