Help Shadi and his family to evacuate from Gaza

I am Zanyar and launching this fundraising campaign to evacuate my friend Shadi from Gaza, via the Rafah/Egypt crossing. I will be responsible of sending Shadi his funds. The crossing currently requires a fee of $5,000 per person. This is the only way for him and his Family to survive

Shadi is my friend, a civil engineer from Palestine-Gaza. He has endured 24 years of unyielding siege in Gaza, facing relentless aggression, constant bombing, and constant fear. He has personally survived more than six repeated attacks against the residents of Gaza, the last of which was in 2022, and now the 2023 Gaza War. Him, his father, mother, three brothers, and 18-year-old sister are stuck in Gaza, and have narrowly escaped death several times during this war. Gaza offers no refuge, leaving them, refugees from 1948, now facing displacement again in 2023.

From Shadi:

Since this war genocide ignited again in October 2023, three days after the start of the war, our house was bombed at nine o'clock in the evening, and the civil defense and ambulance crews took us out from under the rubble of the house.

Fortunately for us, we only had injuries in the extremities, and we went to Al-Shifa Hospital and they treated us there

My goal in communicating is to urgently raise funds to evacuate me and my family from Gaza before the Israeli occupation bombing kills us. My mother and brother are already injured and need treatment, which is a luxury now in Gaza while people are reduced to limbs and ashes due to the large number of bombings, martyrs, injuries and the destruction of hospitals.
