Help Shane Dewitt in his battle with cancer!

My name is Julie Celozzi and I am raising money for my friend Shane. In February 2021 he shattered his radial head in his elbow which required 2 surgeries and completely broke the ulna bone in his forearm, and fractured his shoulder. He's now doing physical therapy 3 days a week. During this time he has been out of work. He was then diagnosed with Merkel Cell Carcinoma which is an aggressive rare cancer in early October with a small cyst on his head. They decided to start immunotherapy in late November to stop the spread...by the time he had surgery December 14th it was the size of a baseball. After removing the tumor, they found cancer in his lymph nodes. Due to the cancer in the lymph nodes he now has to recieve 6 weeks of radiation and possibly resume the immunotherapy treatment after that. If all goes well, he will need regular check ups, as this cancer is known to return aggressively. He was lucky enough to get in with a doctor at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. I am raising this money to help with ever mounting hospital bills, travels to and from treatment in Tampa and everyday living expenses. Please help out this wonderful family through this tough time.
