Help Sharmagne- Fight Invasive Breast Cancer

As many of you know, our dear friend and family member Sharmagne Leland St John-Sylbert has been diagnosed with stage 3 invasive lobular carcinoma.

Sharmagne’s breast surgeon and oncologist now fear that the cancer has spread to other organs and have ordered a battery of new tests.

Because she cannot obtain vital early appointments, she has had to go outside her insured network of doctors and radiologists and has incurred high out-of-pocket expenses and co-payments.

In January 2021, Screen Actors Guild canceled the health insurance coverage of all “Senior Performers.” Sharmagne was one of them.

Being partially retired it will be hard for her to earn what is needed to pay out of pocket for the mastectomy and breast reconstruction and will have to endure radiation and chemotherapy.

We are asking her friends, colleagues and family to donate whatever they can afford to help offset these mounting bills.
