HELP SHARNN PAY FOR RECON TARAGO ENGINE

Hi, my name is Sharnn.
I am a nearly 60-year-old single mum who has single-handedly raised three children (now 26, 24 and 17).
Leaving Domestic Violence relationships has left me with PTSD. I have no extended family in Australia or support from them as they are in the UK.
I saved for years to buy a decent car, and I eventually had enough in June 2019 to buy a 2006 Toyota Tarago, so my teen and I could go away on camping road trips during Winter to help our Mental Health. And for everyday use picking up things for the garden and chickens etc.
My teen was diagnosed last Easter with a rare blood disorder called Hereditary Spherocytosis, which has left her feeling like she has Chronic Fatigue. We visited the Monash Children's Hospital four or five times in the last year to get three monthly blood tests, ultrasounds of all her organs, and learn all there was to know about her condition. All these medical appointments took a considerable amount of mental, emotional and physical effort...This Rare Blood Condition now needs weekly management and now annual visits to the Hospital, unless an emergency arises.
On top of this, my teen now has a Mental Health Condition, which we are also getting help for. These additional appointments have added extra grief and stress on top of an already challenging couple of years.
I was unable to work much due to Lockdowns. There was no financial support except for Centrelink payments, with an inability for me to apply for any Government Grants due to the hobby status of my micro-business. I spent all my savings on our trip of a lifetime traveling to SA and NT, expecting to be able to start working again. Still, with more Lockdowns, the deteriorating Health concerns of my teen made working more difficult.
Now my trusty Toyota Tarago, which took us over 9000km in two months last winter to the NT, has been diagnosed with a blown head gasket and leaks in the cooling system. The choices are to replace the Head Gasket and cooling system hoses, quoted at over $3000. Still, no guarantees it will not cause other problems.
The best option is to buy a reconditioned secondhand motor that would cost over $6000.....so either way, I need to raise a fair amount of money in a short time.
I appreciate all the support I can get right now! We live in the Dandenong Ranges, so public transport is very sporadic and not very possible for getting to all the different appointments.....a car is essential.
Thanks for reading this far!!
