Help Shay Safely Around Town

I am a patient advocate for Shay Elizabeth Rademacher, who is a miracle after living with cerebral palsy, severe developmental delays and long QT Syndrome for all of her 35+ years. It is a blessing that Shay has outlived her life expectancy, but she has also depleted her trust. Despite having challenges, Shay has been happy and active all along. After a two-year wait, Shay has been accepted to rejoin the day program for adults with disabilities at Lifeworks Apple Valley. The wheelchair-accessible van used for her transportation to and from day program and doctor appointments is no longer safe and reliable. Shay is very fortunate to have a loving family and friends who want to help her get a new van, and I am coordinating this page to assist those people in helping Shay. Any amount you can give to help Shay continue her schedule safely is appreciated.
