Help Shaye and the Kelley Family
Donation protected
Anyone who knows the Kelley Family has experienced their kindness and generosity. They are some of the most selfless people you'll meet, helping friends in need, volunteering their time and supporting their community. On December 4th, after having recent issues with her vision and painful headaches, a mass was found in their daughter Shaye's brain. She had emergency surgery at Children's Hospital that day and the surgeons were able to remove a significant amount of the mass. While the initial reports are positive, they are still awaiting the full pathology report to understand all they can about the mass and Shaye's long-term prognosis.
Shaye is always happy and her smile brings to joy to all those around her. She's a 5th grader with a big heart who considers everyone a friend. She loves cheerleading, dancing, soccer and hanging with her besties! She has an older sister, Madison and two older brothers, Owen and Parker.
Shaye has been in the ICU working hard on her recovery, and while she has been doing incredibly well, recovering from brain surgery is not quick and easy. Chris and Renae are spending all the time they can with Shaye, supporting her recovery and ensuring that she is receiving the best possible care, but this means they are missing work. Further, there will be travel costs (gas, parking, food), medical bills and deductibles to be paid as Shaye continues the recovery and care process. Finally, it's the holidays and we all know that adds an additional financial burden to every family's finances. With that all in mind please consider supporting the Kelley's, who have supported so many of us in countless ways, so they can focus on supporting Shaye and their family during this time.
