Help Sia Get Surgery

If you've ever met Sia, you know she is the sweetest, goofiest, cuddliest, most gentle giant. In 2018, she was found wandering around a reservation in South Dakota with her two sisters before being transported to a rescue organization. I saw a picture of her and fell in love with her expressive eyebrows, which are still one of her greatest features. I brought her home in June 2018 and my life has never been the same - Sia is truly my best friend and the best doggie a person could ask for. When she was a few months old, we learned that Sia and her sisters were 50% Mastiff, meaning my sweet little puppy was going to be a BIG girl!
Two years ago, Sia developed a partial tear in her left CCL (like a human ACL). My husband and I had no question - we had to find a way to fix it. It was a long and challenging recovery given that at almost 130 lbs, Sia's bones are basically the size of humans!
Last week, Sia started limping significantly on her other back leg. By the time we got to the vet, she was resistant to put any weight at all on her right leg. What I suspected was confirmed, but this time she has a full rupture of her right CCL and needs another surgery.
Because of Sia's size, she cannot manage long-term without this surgery. If she cannot put weight on her leg, it's only a matter of time before she ruptures something else and fully loses her mobility.
We aren't ready to say goodbye to our best friend yet, as seven years isn't long enough to love her. Affording another $5k surgery is daunting and we would appreciate any help that you'd be willing to give.
