Help siblings escape a hostile household

My sister and I live with my parents who are super rude and outright hateful to me and especially my sister.

My sister has special needs and reacts more then others to things even if the thing seems small and they keep pushing her limits and causing her to break down.

They blame us for their unhappiness so I am taking action and trying to get us out of here so me and my sister can live without this harassment and bullying.

I will be raising funds to go towards us being able to moveout and get an apartment, to be able to fix my truck, and a little cushion to help us when we do get out or are kicked out.

I would appreciate any help, I am trying to get out of here as fast as possible.
