Help Sick and Injured Homeless Cats in New York City
Tax deductible
Hi there,
We are Little Wanderers NYC; since 2017 we've been rescuing sick and injured homeless cats from the mean streets of New York City's Bronx and Upper Manhattan, at about 600 cats a year. We rehabilitate them and find A+ adoption homes for them to live out the rest of their days in safety, comfort, and love.
Many cats have been living marginal lives by fighting to survive on the street, so by the time we hear about them, they often need very extensive veterinary care.
This is expensive! Due to the skyrocketing cost of veterinary care and inflation, the invoices and bills from vet's offices have us drowning. We've actually had to stop rescue intake to do the responsible thing, which is to take care of the cats who are already with us now.
Please help us get out of this terrifying place of owing over $80,000 of veterinary bills! We don't want to close our rescue permanently, however if we can't get a handle on what we owe, that's exactly what will happen.
Please give as generously as you can. Needy homeless cats are waiting!
