Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted souls,

On September 21, our dear niece, Sierra Kujava, lost almost everything in a house fire in her first rental. Nearly all of her belongings were damaged beyond repair, but what hurts even more is the loss of her three beloved cats who were like family to her. The pain of losing them is immeasurable, and our hearts ache for her. While she wasn't home when the electrical fire happened, she was the first one to arrive on the scene and found her pets in the building. This was her first experience living on her own, away from family, and this experience has been incredibly traumatic.

We are reaching out to you, our friends, family, and community, to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. Sierra not only needs to rebuild her life from the ground up, but she also needs emotional support to help her cope with this tremendous loss. We would like to help her move forward, to find her footing after this tragedy. We would especially like to help her feel secure again, as Sierra had taken a brave step just five months ago when she moved out on her own.
