Help Silvia for a liver transplant

Hello my name is Sylvia Gonzales, I need your help for the liver transplant I will be needing,. On March 29, 2022 I was diagnosed with non alcoholic cirrosis of the liver, my life changed drastically I being in an out of the hospital, I need to have Parcentesis done every week, I have to have an endoscopy done once a month to get bans on my esophagus since they have many varcis and it will help so I won't bleed enternally because of the pressure in my liver, last week I went to my Dr. And he told me that I needed a liver transplant, if I wanted to live more years, so I would greatly appreciate if you can help me with something, to cover all my expenses since I have to go back and forth to San Antonio for testing and checkups and updates, my insurance won't cover all, so I really need your help.
