Help Simba get treatment for FIP

Hi! Simba is a very sweet and caring indoor/outdoor cat that I’ve seen around my block for sometime. Recently, I noticed he looked very very sick. I made the decision to take him to the emergency vet, there I found out he has Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), the wet type. He is definitely a more advanced case so he needed meds fast. I have secured some meds but this has been and will be an expensive process. I am asking for help to save Simba. I also found out this morning that the house he was going into has been his home for a while, but his previous owner left him. The new resident continued to have him come in but didn’t really know what do to about him being sick. He said that with help and resources he would love to keep him for the long term. I am doing my best to get Simba all the care he needs, so any little bit helps. Also, I’ve just recently started helping the cats around the neighborhood, so I am new to this and doing my best to become educated and do what’s best.
