Help Simon fight liver cancer!

Hi, My name is Lucy and I’m raising funds for my father in law and soon to be grandfather, to mine and his son Aarons little girl that is due to be born in just 3 weeks time, to help support him through his fight with liver cancer. 6 weeks ago Simon was taken unexpectedly ill and ended up in accident and emergency where they believed he had gallstones causing pancreatitis. However during his hospital stay they did multiple scans where they found a large mass on his liver. After a nervous wait of a few weeks, the worst possible news was given… he was diagnosed with currently inoperable stage 3 liver cancer. Needless to say this has been devastating news our whole family. Simon has one chance only to beat this! He needs to travel to Oxford to have an Urgent Trans arterial Chemo Embolisation, so that hopefully the tumour can be shrank down enough to then have the surgery for it to be removed, however sadly if this one chance fails Simon will be at Stage 4 end of life. Simon is a devoted family man to his wife Nicola, his children and grandchildren and is seen as the rock of the family that everyone goes to and now he needs our help! Simon spent many years in the Royal Navy in his younger days, working in electronic warfare. 12 years ago Simon then started up his own small business supplying embroidered patches to both the Military and Emergency Services as well as silicone moulds for the resin community. With his health failing rapidly Simon has sadly been forced to close most of his business, with Nicola working as much as she can whilst also suffering from COPD herself. Needless to say I know they are now struggling financially although they are too proud to admit it. I would like you to help me ease the stress of bills and medical expenses so that Simon and Nicola can have more time together to concentrate on his fight to beat his cancer! Any contributions however small, are wholeheartedly appreciated by the whole family and will all help towards Simon being able to beat this and be able to meet his new granddaughter and take her to her first Aston Villa match!
