Help Simone recover from being mauled by a dog

Last week ( week of 5/15/2023), Simone Bosman was badly mauled by a neighbor's pit bull.

She has extensive injuries to her right forearm and wrist that required surgery. She also received wounds to her right leg and right breast that required stitches and sutures. Her arm injuries will require up to a year of treatment and therapy which hopefully results in full function of her dominant hand.

Simone is also approximately 6 months along in her pregnancy. The baby is okay, but this is a huge mental, emotional and physical stressor. Because of her injuries, she will be unable to return to work before the baby is here and possibly up to a year due to the extent of the arm injury.

Adding to the stressors, her car was in an accident while her mom was running between work and the hospital.

Simone is now home, and recovering, but contending with these overwhelming challenges ahead.
