Hi everyone,
As you probably are all aware, our beautiful Sinead was sadly diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ETP-TALL/LBL), a rare and aggressive subtype.
Sinead has been receiving chemotherapy treatment in hospital since October and has been unable to continue working and studying. She has exhausted her sick leave and holiday pay and is now struggling to meet day to day expenses (ongoing medication and rent etc.). This has had a profound effect on her and her partner who are struggling to adapt to the financial pressure on top of the stress of ongoing treatment.
Sinead is facing the fight of her life, and the journey ahead is filled with pain and uncertainty. She has a long and intensive recovery journey ahead of her, which will include receiving a bone marrow transplant in the near future.
We understand that times are tough for many, but we firmly believe no act of kindness is too small. Every bit of support is greatly appreciated and makes the world of difference to Sinead’s life.
