Help Singer Léa Lazelle save her Small Intestine

Hi there,

My name is Léa and I am a loving hearted singer songwriter, poet, performer, empower your voice coach, sound alchemy practitioner, dancer and light code artist and I absolutely love collaborating with musicians and producers and encouraging people to sing.

I am raising funds for a very needed treatment from a company in London that I have recently found to help save my small intestines from these awful regular painful blockages I have been experiencing.

I have counted nearly a hundred of these debilitating blockages in the last year.

What happens is, sometimes after eating, my stomach distends, then I get intense tummy ache and eventually start vomiting, unable to keep anything down and become very dehydrated - often resulting in hospital admissions, and more recently many hours of hanging upside-down whilst vigorously massaging the area to get the food through. Sometimes taking all night and leaving me exhausted and very painfully swollen.

The blockages have been caused from adhesions and scar tissue left over from the initial surgery I had to have to have my entire Large Intestine removed two and a half years ago because of years of dealing with severe Ulcerative Colitis , followed by a further two open surgeries to address complications from the initial surgery.

These adhesions have narrowed my small intestine so much that it’s left me with an extremely limited diet, and it’s been very traumatic and daunting not knowing when the next one is going to happen.

I have been living mostly on soups, smoothies and liquids all having to include ingredients that contain less than two grams of fiber, and I miss eating solid food so much!

The doctors have said that if my intestines keep getting blocked and inflamed that it could cause the lining to get so thin and weak, that there could be some very serious problems down the line. As you can imagine this left me feeling hopeless and very upset, especially as the only option they are offering me is more surgery. (A catch 22 situation because surgery causes more adhesions )

So, I am massively relieved that these specialists therapists offer an alternative approach, and this is why I am asking for your help.

They are a great company who work hands on with a client over a week massaging the abdominal area intensely to soften the scar tissue and adhesions and free up the small intestine from being so restricted.

They claim to have a 90% success rate with intestinal blockages, which is so relieving to read!! I have been watching many YouTube video testimonials, and it has been inspiring hearing other people get their lives back after experiencing many intestinal blockages like myself.

They also have helped many people with endometriosis and fertility issues, which is amazing!

The weeklong therapy cost $6000 (£5100) in their London headquarters, and I will need money to stay in a hotel for 5 nights to rest before and after each session and cover travel costs to London from Devon.

I am asking for the extra money to put towards ongoing therapies such as Psychotherapy to help me get over the trauma from what I have been through, and from the grief from losing my dad. I also would like to receive other regular treatments such as acupuncture, trauma release massage, and to work with a naturopath to get my body back to full optimum health.

Please help me to raise money for these life changing treatments and get my music out to the world.

I know many people are hard up for money so even if you just share this crowd funder to get it out to the wider world, I would massively appreciate it.

I have such a big spirit and a very creative mind, and as you can imagine it really has been extremely tough with such a limited diet and with such an exhausted body, when I know I have so much love to give to this world.

I dream of recording and releasing many beautiful healing albums of heart opening songs in English, French, and of course heart-language, and of making some really inspiring music videos to share with the you and the rest world.

I dream of running circle song choirs again and helping others to become fully expressed with their vocals in my ‘Empower Your Voice’ Coaching Sessions, as well as ‘Voice Alchemy Workshops’ for adults and children.

I dream of gigging at more beautiful events performing with song, movement, spoken word and collaborating with other passionate singers, musicians, and artists.

I would like to help empower people and serenade people with Sound Baths.

I would like to enter the heart of cities with choirs and musicians while we emit huge loving frequencies throughout the towns to make people smile.

I would love to publish a beautiful book of light code artwork, poetry and diary entries from the many insights I have gained in the many hours I have spent in meditation, Qigong practice and connecting with nature over the tough years of dealing with these health challenges.

I also want to put on fabulous events to raise awareness about all sorts of beneficial projects showcasing many inspiring artists to raise funds for charities all over the world.
