Help Sixto with his medical bills & recovery!

Hello,

We are Catherine Alexander & Vincent Fraissange, the owners of Pheasant Restaurant & Catering. Our incredible Chef & dear friend, Sixto Bonilla, was hit by a car while riding his bike home from work this past weekend.

Sixto has been with us for over four years and with Vince for over eight. He is incredibly hardworking and is more family than an employee. Sixto has sustained severe injuries to both his arm and skull and is currently awaiting release from King's County Hospital. By the time he leaves, he will have been there for at least three days. Not only will his medical bills be steep, but the road to a full recovery will be long.

Many of you know Sixto. He has fed you and made you laugh. For those of you who have eaten at Pheasant, you've had the privelege to eat his incredible food.
