After 25 years of bending, mowing, hoeing, planting and creating community gardens/composting sites all over Nashville, my lower back has "given" out and I need surgery to stop the intense pain. The Doctor said I will be laid up for a couple of months beginning July 10th. I am requesting your healing prayers, and any financial support you can share to keep my life blooming during this time.
History
In May I made an appointment with a back specialist who said that I needed major reconstructive spinal surgery! My lumbar nerves have impaired the muscles in my right, hip, leg, ankle and foot, causing shooting pain, and burning heat.
Imminent Need
3 to 4 months of recovery is expected and I have a mortgage and bills to pay. Ironically, my house is still broken from the tornado after 2.5 months of back and forth with my roofer and insurance!
