Help an ex Royal Marine off the streets!
Donation protected

I've been working at the pub where Skippy frequents for about a year, and his life story is more than most people could handle. From his upbringing to his military service in the navy - life has been unfair for this soldier. As he is not able to make a GoFundMe page himself, I'm doing it for him. I asked him to send me a note of what to include. This is what he said:
"See those pictures that is an ex royal marine, sleeping rough on the streets of London ( 11 years actually! ) how did I end up here ! Way back in 2012 I was illegally evicted by the local council and the Met police.
That was after two years of being illegally dragged through London county court by the council who were not even my landlord. All my possessions were destroyed.
Fourteen years of my life totally destroyed, I have spent the past eleven years trying to get this sorted, living on the streets has proved to be impossible, dragging all your stuff all day, nowhere but Starbucks to go for a wash, no postal address nothing that constitutes a normal life (out here you ain't even close).
Despite having all the evidence the Met won't investigate, council has refused to offer me accommodation and all the service charities are a complete joke (got a hoodie and a pair of gloves from SAFA after walking for two hours to their office).
I have had enough! My whole retirement has been destroyed (I am seventy-one years old, and spent my birthday back in January in a freezing cold doorway) Lock down was a total nightmare. I know if I got somewhere warm and dry where I could sit down and actually concentrate I could get this sorted, get all the people involved back into crown court (3 January 2013 both the Met and the council committed perjury to avoid a possible jail sentence, misconduct in public office has no expiry date!) If you can help I might get this all sorted and maybe enjoy a few more years! SKIPPY!"
All the money will go directly to Skippy. Your help would mean more than you could imagine!
