Help Skye Rose with her transition

Hi, my name is Skye Rose, and I’m transgender, I’ve been diagnosed with Crohns and I’m awaiting an appointment with a neurologist for possible Epilepsy, my income has severely drained since 2020 when I lost my first major writing job, since then I’ve done odd jobs like work at a costume shop, sell stuff online, etc. but I haven’t been able to get a job since October, and I’m unable to afford my Hrt or pay my bills
