Help Skylar Be With His Grandfather.

Hello! I’m Skylar and I’ve created this GoFundMe with the hope of making it back to my home state to be with my grandfather who is going through congestive heart failure. I’ve been homeless since October, and am ten hours away from him. His heart is operating at 25-35% and my family that is with him has informed me that the doctors are unsure how much longer he has left, and to make him comfortable once he is back to his house. As of right now, I do not have much money to spare for extra expenses due to the fact that I’m living in a motel that I pay $55 a day for with my cat.

My goal with this fundraiser is to get a vehicle, make it back to my home state, and find a place to stay so I can be with him until the end. My grandmother passed away almost four years ago, and I was unable to be there with her due to COVID. Being able to say goodbye to him before it’s too late would mean the absolute world to me.
