Help Slater Breckon beat Aplastic Anaemia
Donation protected
We all know and love Slater and his family - Dylan, Doone & Frankie Breckon, their big hearts and cracker personalities light up every room they enter!
On 26.05.2023, after almost a week of heartbreaking testing and being sent from Clermont to Mackay and then flown by RFDS to QCH in Brisbane, their world has been turned upside down with the Slater being diagnosed with severe Asplastic Anaemia.
A rare disorder in which the bone marrow fails to produce enough blood cells.
Slater will need to undergo blood transfusions every 3 days, chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant - all while being away from his home in Clermont, all his mates and his beloved Clermont Bears teammates. It is expected the Breckon Family will be in Brisbane for the rest of the year or more.
As a community, we are all heartbroken and at a loss of ways we can help this beautiful family!
One way we can all help is to donate to Dyl, Dooney, Slater & Frankie.
Send your love, well wishes and prayers so that we can get this cowboy healthy, home and back in his jersey! #KeepMooInPrayers
