Smith’s Shoe Repairs in Lancaster is a cornerstone of our community, has been broken into twice, leaving the business with costly damages to doors and in the past even windows. The financial strain of these repairs is taking a toll, and we want to rally together to help secure their future.

Smith’s Shoe Repairs isn’t just a business – it’s a legacy. Inherited from her late father, our dear friend Kay Smith, alongside her hard working friend Jenna, have poured their heart and soul into continuing his work, offering quality craftsmanship and a welcoming place for all. Beyond repairing shoes, fixing watches, doing engravings and so many more services, they have always gone the extra mile to help those in need, whether it’s offering discounts, assisting families to find the perfect gift for their loved ones, or simply being friendly faces in tough times and just simply amazing human beings that welcome everyone in their shop to have a brew and a chat.

Now, it’s our turn to give back.

We are raising funds to help cover the cost of installing secure electrical shutters to protect the shop from further break-ins. These shutters will provide much-needed security and peace of mind, allowing Smith’s Shoe Repairs to continue serving the community without the constant fear of vandalism and loss.
