Support Young Actors in Their Journey to Nationals!

Hello Thespians and Lovers of the Arts!

We are appealing to you for help getting three students and their teacher to ITS Nationals this June.

High School Junior Sofia, and High School Seniors Jaxson and Elise competed in AZ Thespian Regional Acting Festivals 2025 - CAFT this past Saturday and qualified for International Thespian Society Nationals in Indianapolis this June.

Sofia and Jaxson won Superiors for Musical Theater Duet singing Don't Do Sadness/Blue Wind from Spring Awakening.

Sofia also won a Superior for Acting: Monologues for performing a monologue from The Miss Firecracker Contest and a monologue from The Bookstore.

Elise won a Superior for Musical Theater Solo singing Nobody's Side from Chess.

These kids worked so hard under the direction of their school's drama and musical theater director Carrie Vargas.

Now, we have been told the school is not going to support their fundraising efforts because it was not in this year's budget, and that the parents have to bear the full expense of travel and competition expenses on their own.

So, we are appealing to all theater lovers to please help get these students to Nationals! They plan to pursue careers in the arts, and this will encourage them to keep on this path.

Registration begins February 5, and we need to raise a minimum of $100 per student by that date to hold their spots in the dorms.

Registration for the kids with room/board is $999 pp

Registration for the teacher is $849 pp

*Additional Chaperone registration is $949 pp

Each event is $50 pp

College audition at the event is $50 pp

Flights to Indianapolis from Phoenix are currently approximately $680 on Southwest airlines

We are hoping to cover the full expenses of the teacher and these students.

Please donate any amount that is comfortable for you in this economy. Even a $10 donation per viewer would mean a lot.
