Help Solera Residents Challenge the Warehouse Project

Solera Diamond Valley/Del Webb residents, in action, are seeking to secure legal funds to support legal costs.

The costs are needed to pay the attorney to conduct a review of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Newland Simpson Warehouse Project located at Simpson and Warren Roads in Hemet.

The amount raised will pay for the review, $1500, which is intended to highlight the numerous flaws and environmental concerns due to traffic, polution and noise, to name a few.

The attorney charges $500 per letter.

We are assuming 2 letters will be written to the City of Hemet.

Therefore legal costs are projected to be $2500.

The additional $200 will cover the fees associated with the GoFundMe adminstration.

Total $2700

As residents, we need to realize this effort may not yield our desired results. With that said, we will move forward with this cost.
