Help Soluna Wellness San Diego ReBUILD

Donation protected
Please help Antonio and Emmercelle Hernandez, owners of Soluna Wellness, a San Diego small business that provides mental wellness services, after a devastating fire destroyed their building. While the space and belongings were lost to the fire, hope is not lost, as we know that Soluna Wellness is resilient and strong.

Soluna Wellness is built on the pillars of creativity, culture, mind-body connection, and community. The vision is and was to create a space and a place for those grappling with mental illness and progressing their mental wellness. Soluna provides individualized mental wellness programs that span anywhere from a month to six months or more.

After finding the address at 3060 University Avenue in March 2021, Soluna's owners and staff worked diligently to get their license through the department of social services and to give the space a cozy, welcoming touch. They were finally granted their license in October 2021, and were able to open doors at Soluna less than 3 months ago. They are grateful to have graduated incredible individuals from the program thus far, with many more currently in the process.

On morning of December 12, 2021 they received a call no business owner ever wants to get - their building was on fire. They rushed over, but there was nothing they could do. The electrical fire had already run its course. Thankfully, no one was there, and no one got hurt. The building was destroyed by the fire and now needs to be gutted and rebuilt, a process that will take at least a year. Almost all of Soluna's physical belongings have been destroyed. Soluna Wellness won’t be able to continue business there.

At the moment, it's is unclear what Soluna Wellness will look like moving forward. One thing they do know is that Soluna will continue, and that they will do whatever it takes to get up and running again. Soluna Wellness believes in the people they serve. They believe in what they do. Please help them to continue to help and serve our greater San Diego community.
