Urgent Plea:Save a Family Trapped in Gaza's Hell

Donation protected
My name is Islam Mohammad, I am 23 years old, and I am from Gaza. I have endured a horrific experience where the war has destroyed everything in my life. I lost my home, my job as a photographer, my closest friends, and my family has suffered greatly. I was also an artist, and I lost all my artwork, which meant so much to me. Under the relentless bombing, I lived in constant anxiety and distress due to the catastrophic situation we were facing."**

I live with my family – my mother, father, and my siblings. We are a family of seven. For the past 11 months, we have been trapped in an endless cycle of suffering. The war began on October 7th, and since then, we have been living in a never-ending nightmare. We lost everything. My dream was to invest the earnings from my work to open a store selling clothes decorated with the keffiyeh, which symbolizes Palestinian identity, but that dream was shattered by the war.
We lived in northern Gaza for five months, refusing to leave our home despite the harsh conditions. However, in the end, we were forced to leave our home in the Zeitoun neighborhood and move to Sheikh Radwan. We suffered from hunger and faced bombing. When we returned to our home, the shock was overwhelming; our house was completely destroyed, and we saw the bodies of my cousins, some of whom had been dismembered

We persevered and lived in a tent on the rubble of our home. After three months of war, we faced severe food shortages, with no aid allowed. We lived on dry bread and dates, and sometimes we went days without any food.

"After five months, we were forced to leave the north and move south. Unfortunately, we left without my father, who was detained in the north. We had to walk on foot for three and a half hours. During this terrifying journey, we saw scenes we will never forget: the bodies of women and children, the remains of children scattered along the road. These painful scenes left a deep impact on us, and we still remember them throughout the war.

We then moved to Khan Yunis, with nothing but the clothes on our backs. We lived in the streets for two weeks without a tent. My mother, who had to sell her precious gold, used the money to buy a tent and food, but the situation did not improve. We then moved from Khan Yunis to Rafah, where we set up our tent once again. While we were in Rafah, my sister was injured when we were hit by a bombing. She was badly injured in her stomach.

I am pleading with you today, with a heart full of sorrow, asking for your help to get my family out of Gaza and to support us with food during these harsh circumstances. Any help you can provide will be of great value to us in these difficult times.

Any donation, no matter how small, will have a profound impact on improving their lives and alleviating their suffering. Your support is their only hope during these dark times.

Thank you so much for your support and solidarity. ❤️ Every effort you make will mean a great deal in these critical moments and will provide them with hope for a better future.
