Help Sondos' Family Grow with IVF

Hi everyone,

My name is Nihil and I am a young artist in New York City. I have made this fundraiser on behalf of my friend Sondos Asaad Al-Ghandour and her family, who are looking to raise $5,000 for IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatments.

Sondos and her husband evacuated to Cairo from Gaza earlier this year, while Sondos was pregnant. Once evacuated, she gave birth to her beautiful baby boy, Shahada. Now, Sondos and her husband are seeking IVF treatment in Cairo to support their young family.

While the total cost is $5,000, the family needs to secure an initial downpayment of $1,500 to get the process started.

From Sondos:

"We might miss the opportunity if we don't do it early, it's the last chance we have. Shahada in the future needs to have a brother, because we the sons of Palestine, have lost everything due to the occupation."

Some more details about us:

Sondos and I became connected on Instagram after some friends from New York visited Cairo earlier this year. Since then, we talk almost every day. I have organized a separate mutual aid campaign where members of the community are now contributing to her rent payments each month. This fundraiser is strictly for her medical expenses.

Money will be received by me (Nihil), and transferred to Sondos once it is ready.
