Help Sonia Esquivel Recover from Heart Surgery

Hi, I am a coworker of Sonia’s and currently learned of her serious hardship medically and financially.

Sonia hasn’t been feeling well for quite sometime and in between work, kids, renovation and several roadblocks in life her poor heart wasn’t working properly. After bouts of diverticulitis and rounds of antibiotics, Sonia never dreamed that she would have stroke like symptoms and end up having a dissected artery that ran all the way to my leg. As Sonia sits in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery, awaiting news about her diverticulitis, we want to help ease the heavy burden for this single mom of two beautiful children.

Amongst the many hurdles in life, she doesn’t have much family that is near. She’s in the middle of a huge renovation project that must now sit on hold until she’s in better health. Currently, her pipes are frozen and her washing machine is broken. We are doing everything we can to help find supports, but must reach out further to help with such a terrible situation.

We are all praying. If you can’t give, please reach out and see how you can help. The kids need rides, a mealtrain is in place, laundry, cleaning, snow removal, prayers, etc.
