Help Sonya with her bills due to a car accident

I was in a car accident on June 25. The car was totaled. To this day I’m still in shock about how I survived especially without any broken bones. I have to give God all the thanks. However, due to the bruises I obtained from the accident whenever I would go to work they would hurt causing me to be unable to complete my weekly 40 hours. Which has affected me financially. I am asking for your help. All my family lives in another country and are unable to help me.
