Help Souvixada pay for US Citizenship application
Donation protected
I emigrated to the US with my family over 20 years ago from Laos, but only in recent months did my window of application for US citizenship open up. Upon emigrating to the US, my family and I faced immediate homelessness and lived out of a car in a McDonalds parking lot for several months at a time when we weren't able to find a floor or couch to sleep on. I grew up helping my parents work in the fields and can proudly say I've come so far as to complete my undergraduate honors biology degree with Magna Cum Laude honors last August. I work as a medical scribe in a busy ER and private practice office and am an ambassador and huge STEM/higher education advocate for my underrepresented Laotian community.
The application fee is a non-refundable $725, which consists of a $640 processing fee and $85 biometrics fee. Any donations and contributions will be greatly appreciated as I take the final steps towards naturalization.
