Help Sposato Family with Medical Expenses
Donation protected
On Monday February 8th, after 3 weeks of fighting for his life in ICU we lost our dad Ken Sposato to multiple complications brought on by Covid. He had been battling kidney failure, lung failure, and a massive stroke that caused bleeding and hemorrhaging of the brain. February 8 was dad’s 64th birthday, and although we had trouble finding anything to celebrate that day as a family, we know he was rejoicing in heaven the moment he arrived.
We are creating this GoFundMe for our mom, because we know medical expenses can wipe out savings and leave behind debt that lasts for years. And that's not something we want for our mom. She has already received bills for hundreds of thousands of dollars from doctors, multiple procedures, kidney specialists, ICU nurses, dialysis treatments, ventilators, and neurologists, with more bills on the way.
The health share program our parents have participated in won’t cover the full amount. We’ve set a goal of $30,000 for our mom to get her started towards the path of erasing these expenses. Our family will do everything we can to take care of our mom and these bills, we just need a little help. Our mom is one of the strongest women we know . And although she doesn’t like asking for help, we know that our friends and community are extremely generous.
We’d like to thank you for your donations of any size. We, as a family, are so grateful for the love we’ve seen from our friends. Thanks for taking the time to read and thank you in advance for your support in giving and sharing this page.
