Help St. Anselm's Pembury
St. Anselm's is involved in two exciting projects which have been financially hampered by the arrival of Coronavirus leading to an unexpected drop in income.
The first project involves transporting, renovating and installing new pews in church. These are of huge spiritual, cultural and historic significance having originally been commission and installed at Littlemore Church in Oxfordshire by the patron of the Ordinariate, Saint John Henry Newman, on the occasion of his birthday. Because these pews were buttressed to a wall and are not even we need to employ a carpenter to make them fit for purpose.
The second project is more mundane but just as important. On Easter Day the flat roof over the disabled lavatory collapsed and had to be completely rebuilt. In addition we need to redecorate the lavatories and make them fit for purpose.
Please help us meet these goals and show your support to our wonderful parish. Asincere thank you to everyone who is able to help. Please spread the word!
