Help St. Tereza Primary School in Uganda Cook Safely
Donation protected
At St. Tereza Primary School, just outside Kampala, Uganda, children come to learn, grow, and work toward a brighter future. But something as simple as preparing a meal is a daily struggle.
Right now, all cooking is done over an open fire because there is no proper stove. The smoke fills the air, making it hard to breathe, and the open flames pose a real safety risk. For the students and teachers, this is just part of everyday life—but it doesn’t have to be.
We are a group of students from Germany, and we want to change this by raising funds for a solar cooking stove. This simple solution would provide the school with a safe, clean, and sustainable way to prepare meals—something that should be a given, not a luxury.
With your support, we can:
- Make cooking safer for students and teachers
- Improve air quality and protect their health
- Provide a long-term, eco-friendly solution
No child should have to risk their safety just to have a warm meal at school. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you can, please consider contributing or sharing this campaign—we would be so grateful, and the school even more so.
Thank you for your support!
