Help Stacey and Dominic after their house fire

Donation protected
Update 6/6/2023: We have smashed the initial goal in less than 24 hours!! I’ve upped it to 5,000. Stacey doesn’t have a place to store donated items at this time, so any money will be used to replace what was lost. We all can imagine how overwhelmed they both must be, and you should all feel so good about your efforts to help.

Hi, my name is Caroline Snyder and this fundraiser is for Stacey Nichols and Dominic Gabb. I was his first grade teacher this year at Mountainview, and I am creating this in the hopes that our elementary school community and all of Morgantown can help this family out in their time of need.

On June 5, their townhome in Ashton Estates caught fire and was destroyed. This seven-year-old and his mom have lost everything they own and will need to move into a new place and start over completely. They were across the street when the fire started, so they are OK medically but very shaken as they watched the whole thing happen. Their car was damaged and nothing was recovered from the multihome fire.

This money will be used to offset buying them new clothes, furniture, groceries, as well as toys and books for Dominic.

Let's get them back on their feet and reduce stress where we can.
