Help Stacey Get Back to Good Health!

Hello friends and colleagues,

I'm reaching out on behalf of our friend, Stacey Schlessinger. If you haven't heard by now, Stacey has been hospitalized since October of 2023. In late September, Stacey started having severe pain in her right hip. After an initial hospital visit where she was told she had some pulled muscles and strained ligaments, the pain continued to escalate causing Stacey to require the use of a walker. Three weeks later, the pain was so unbearable, Stacey returned to the emergency room. After a barrage of testing, it was discovered that Stacey had a deep bone infection in her hip. She was immediately admitted and after emergency surgery, parts of the infected bone were removed, leaving her with a dislocated hip, and undergoing IV antibiotic treatment 24/7 to address the infection. After a month at Banner Hospital, she was moved to a post acute care facility where they could continue her care in an effort to clear the infection and prepare her for a full hip replacement.

Unfortunately, just as this was happening, Stacey had just started a new job with a local company. Due to her need to use a walker, she was only there for three weeks before the pain became so bad, she couldn't continue performing the required job duties and had to leave the company. This left her with no insurance coverage and no source of income.

As many of you know, Stacey has also spent the last many years caring for her mother Barb. When the world fell apart during COVID, Stacey used much of her savings to make sure they could stay afloat. Unfortunately, Stacey’s current health situation has left them in a position of needing some help and support to get her back on her feet and back to working in the property management industry.

I'm reaching out in an effort to see if we can help Stacey get through this very difficult time. She's always been the type of person that would offer her guidance or support when others were in need, and now she needs our help. Times are difficult, but if you are in a position to donate even a small amount, any and all assistance will go a long way toward Stacey’s recovery.
