Help Stacey Rebuild

Donation protected
On April 2, 2020, just before 2:00 pm EST, Pearce and I went to my bedroom to take a nap. Within 5 minutes, while we were getting settled, Terrance yelled at the top of his lungs. I bolted down the hall to see him lunging for the access door to the garage screaming, "There's something on fire in the garage and it won't open!" The fire extinguisher was in the garage but inaccessible because of the amount of smoke rushing into our house.
The Chevy was on fire.
I rushed back to find Pearce standing in our bathroom, terrified and screaming, grabbed him and pushed his half naked body out the front door. Terrance ran out the front door to get Pearce away from the house while I grabbed my phone and called 911 and began screaming for Noodle
. The smoke was so thick and so black that I could not handle it. I ran out the front door screaming for her and pleading for someone to go back in. Terrance was running so fast down the street from alerting some of our neighbors for help. Without a second thought, he ran back in 3 more times to find my baby. He heard her cry, but could not see anything. He bumped into a wall, and inhaled too much smoke, so he made his way back out the front door where he fell to his knees. As I sat in my neighbor's driveway, in her arms, across the street, screaming for my Noodle, and watching smoke consume our house, another neighbor scooped him off the sidewalk into my arms. At that point Acworth Police arrived, then Cobb County Fire and Paramedics. We were moved away from the house to the end of my street, still with no Noodle. They spent nearly 2 hours in the house. Terrance was being checked by the paramedics and given oxygen. They decided it was best to be seen by a doctor so he was taken to Kennestone and released in a couple hours with some fluids and steroids and a clean bill of health.
The story does not end there. But my Noodle-Bug's life did. She was found sleeping. Forever.
Fire damage is real. It moves fast. It is fierce. And yesterday was the scariest and worst day of my 36 years.
My first house is destroyed. It will be rebuilt.
My man is OK even though he risked his life to find my fur-baby. Pearce was VERY well taken care of by several AMAZING neighbors, while my parents took care of me.
My Noodle is gone. I buried her today.
Thank goodness for my family, Terrance's family, insurance, and the Red Cross. And thank you all (that already knew) for all of the calls, text, and private messages.
These pics and videos will give you a look into our world.
Thoughts and prayers is more than we can ask for!

If you know Stacey, she is not one to ask for help. We have started this campaign so that maybe we can help ease her burdens and stress just a little bit during this tragic time. Thank you all for thoughts, prayers and financial donations!
