In 1998, Stacey Colbert was murdered in her Columbus, Ohio apartment around 3 a.m. Her upstairs neighbors heard "loud banging" and "horrifying screams" coming from her apartment, but did not call the police. Stacey was never seen nor heard from, again.

Six years later, her skeletal remains were found 30 miles from her apartment in Delaware County, Ohio. Her killer remains free and her case has gone cold.
