First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read my story. I recognize a lot of people are struggling right now and hope that my story helps inspire others.
TL/DR: My life was turned completely upside down in January of this year, after becoming disabled at 33 years old. I am now unable to work or manage many of my daily tasks and am at risk of losing my apartment and forgoing necessary medical treatment. While I am going through the process of applying for disability, I am asking for donations to help with the cost of my medical expenses and basic living expenses.
I worked my butt off this last year, recovering from major surgery, enduring several invasive medical tests and procedures, recovering from covid, being diagnosed with long covid, recovering from a covid reinfection, losing my companion animal, and getting back on my feet after leaving a toxic relationship at the end of 2020.
Those of you who know me personally know that I have crashed and started over from scratch because of my health several times. I just moved back into my own apartment again In December of 2021 and have spent everything I had saved as I have been unable to work since the beginning of the year.
I am currently in physical therapy, psychotherapy, and under the care of several different specialists. I have several conditions, including severe pelvic floor dysfunction, fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, chronic migraine, neuropathy, raynaud’s, POTS, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and more. I am mentally struggling, but will do my best to keep everyone updated. Thanks for taking a moment to read my story. I truly appreciate all of your support.
