Help Stacie Dice with emergency medical expenses

I want to share some news about an amazing person that is truly in need of a little help at this time. My best friend, Stacie Dice, has had an unbelievable streak of bad luck…as in THE worst luck! I would appreciate you taking a moment to read her story.

Stacie fell very ill last week and was admitted to the hospital on July 13th. After days of observation and testing, the medical staff is still not sure what is wrong. All they know is she has a severe infection in her large intestine/colon. Irritable Bowel Disease and Lymphocytic Colitis are just two of the possible diagnosis that have been mentioned to her.

Making this situation even worse, Stacie recently experienced a transition in her employment after a period of time with no income at all. She was never able to get on her feet financially and her medical coverage is not set to start until August 5th. She also has no sick leave/PTO, etc. and has obviously been unable to work for over a week with no estimated return date. She is the single mother/guardian of 2 eleven year olds, and also provides financial assistance to her elderly parents. As you can imagine, the anxiety of lost income coupled with being responsible for getting 2 children back-to-school ready is overwhelming.

Stacie has always been one to extend a helping hand to others over her lifetime, and has gone out of her way to assist anyone in need more times than I can count in the 34 years that I have known her. Now, it is our turn to provide a hand to her. Any funds donated will go directly to provide her family with food, utility bills, housing expenses, school supplies, and medical expenses.
