Help Star Confectionery recover from burglary

Donation protected
On the night of November 11, 2024, Star Confectionery had its first burglary in their 104 years in business. Someone brazenly forced their way into the basement, upstairs and into the safe. Approximately $10,000 in cash was stolen, most of which was to be deposited this week to pay taxes towards the business. Anthony and his family have been a Riverhead staple for over 100 years. They’re always giving back to the community, and now it’s the community’s turn to give back to them. Operating a small business has not been easy for Anthony. After the loss of his father and a few scary medical episodes, he has had to cut back on his hours so as you can imagine, $10,000 missing has hurt him and his business badly. Please help out if you’re able to. I know times are hard for us all, but any little bit goes a long way. Thank you all so much.
