Too many young people fall through the cracks of mainstream schooling, becoming disengaged and disempowered over the years.

School as usual doesn't work for many young people, so something needs to change.

We are a group of educators and changemakers who are committed to more democratic, engaged and meaningful schooling that helps young people to thrive, not just survive.

That vision is being made a reality through Omni Academies of Learning, which is a new , alternative secondary school in Toowong, Brisbane, opening in 2025*.

However, as a brand new school being built from the ground up, we need some help to get started.

This is where you come in!

All contributions made via this fundraiser will be used to purchase resources for the students and teachers at Omni (e.g., technology such as robotics and other STEM gear, computers, curriculum materials, desks/chairs and other resources).
